Lord Rama is the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu. There was a kingdom called Ayodhya on the banks of the Saryu river. Shri Ram was born to Kaushalya, the first wife of King Dashrath of that state. In the 15th century, the Mughals built a mosque at Ram Janmabhoomi by demolishing the Ram temple there. Later, on August 5, 2020, the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, laid the foundation stone for the reconstruction of the temple and started the construction of the temple.
Statue of Shree Ram
The statue is mainly made by Arun Yogiraj of Mysore. The height of the statue is 51 inches. Lord Shri Ram is standing on a lotus seat in the child form, on whose left are Hanuman, Matsya, Kurma, Varah, Narasimha, Vaman, Om, Sheshnag and Surya, while on the right of Shri Ram are mace, Swastika, bow in hand, Parashuram, Krishna, Buddha, Kalki and Garuda.
